Consideration of recruitment activities regarding selection of employees is to find the right fit for the position. It is relevant To learn more about the vacant positions in the company so that a proper description of the jobs could be provided for the prospective candidates. However I would not be interested in selecting candidates merely on the basis of academic performances. Along with skills and knowledge I would also like to look into the tangible qualities of the person. For instance I would like to know as per The person’s previous track record, I would like to know how the person has been able to handle difficult situations so that’s the problem solving skills or critical thinking skills could be analysed. Several businesses use automated software for the selection of candidates. However I would not be interested to use such a concept in my business.

Using automated software may not help me in finding the ideal candidate for the position. I’m also very much impressed by the concept followed by several businesses in recruiting the employees through gamification where daily routine day are simulated in the game and how they react to a specific problem in the simulation could assess their tangible qualities. However, thus seems to be very expensive to use that in my business for the time being. One of the concepts I would prefer is to select the candidates within the organization so that they already know the work atmosphere and culture of the business. Since such employees have already worked in different kinds of roles they would be a better leader in most probable scenarios. I would like to have my business to be in a collaborative leadership style.

 I would like to primarily use social media for job posting suggest Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn through the specific company pages created solely for recruiting. I would like to focus on niche recruitment specifically college recruitments. Job posts should be able to reflect the culture of the company. I would like to ensure that the company has been able to create a brand that could be easily connected to by the people. I would also like to promote an employee reward program whereby the current employees of the company could get a reward once the recruitment is processed through their reference. Through social media I would like to create job alerts for the candidates who sign up and I would not like to provide a deadline for the application of the specific job. Along with interviews and training videos,I would like to provide the candidates

With simulated problematic scenarios so that the reaction of the candidates could be analyzed. I would also like to promote continuous learning amongst the current and future employees. In order to motivate and retain the employees I would like to follow a collaborative leadership style and respect as well as consider their perspectives. I would like to set short term and long term goals for them and I would like to listen to their concerns or problems regarding the work. I would like the employees to feel appreciated and rewarded for their hard work and achievement.

I would like to be transparent with the employees and I would like to encourage constructive criticism amongst the team. I would like to create a positive work atmosphere and I would like to provide the employees with a fair wage for their work. I would like to provide the employees with the provision of continuous learning through videos, workshops and training sessions. I would also like to provide them with frequent meetings regarding the updated knowledge of the nature of the work that they are doing. I would like to create a reward system based on bonus points so that the employee Who has attended the most training sessions regarding continuous learning could get bonus points and that would be reflected in their paycheque. Some of the trainings I would like to focus on are developmental training call my leadership training, transitional training, soft skills training, product training and training regarding problem solving skills.

Some of the compensations I would like to give my employees are medical insurance, dental insurance, short term incentives and long-term incentives on the basis of how long have they worked with the company and their achievements. These compensations would be available for permanent employees who are in a leadership position. Casual employees would have medical insurance and dental insurance provided by the company. In regards to job description I would like to give a transparent and detailed  overview of the tasks and responsibilities which should be engaging for the applicants. I would also like to describe the work culture of the company. I would also like to mention in detail about the vision of the company and the benefits provided for the employees by the company. I would also like to give more information about the opportunities of growth for an employee in the company. Along with the location and the number of hours that could be expected by the candidate to work, I would like to mention about the skills that I am looking for inorder to be an apt fit for the company.

I would like to provide my employees with race in their salary every six months. However I would also like to promote a raise in their salary on the basis off their achievements that they have attained in that particular year as well. Along with permanent staff I would like to have some seasonal employees for my company. According to my perspective seasonal employees would certainly be beneficial for the business in regards to cost effective labor cost.
